This is the 1st time I have ever used a site like this. I realized after signing it takes a little longer than expected to set up all the info do to my lack of knowledge of just what a realtor needs to set up MLS listing and other sites. This could be quick for others that are more prepared. Once that was done it was very easy to use the web site and its services. Over all I would use there site again and recommend to others. This flat fee firm is the most professional that I have used. They make sure your MLS listing is listed in the county where your property is. Other firms did not have memberships in various counties and would list your property in a county where they held membership, but different from where your property is located and they do not disclose this to you. I sold my property quickly and had a lot of response from realtors. USE THEM. You won't be sorry
